Protected Learning Event
On Wednesday 9th October Eastbourne East PCN GP Practices came together at the Kings Centre, Eastbourne to take part in our annual protected learning/training event, which was facilitated by Phil Haynes and Katie Bethell from The Progression Collaborative.
This annual event allows our teams of healthcare professionals to come together, to network, share their knowledge and experience and to learn and develop their skills with their peers. It also allows for any new clinical developments, updates to national guidance to be discussed.
This event also focused on the General Practice Improvement Programme, covering topics and identifying opportunities around as managing patient demand, improving patient access and care navigation “getting the patient to the right person at the right time”.
It was a very positive and successful training afternoon for all clinical and non-clinical staff involved.
