A weekly mental wellbeing running peer support group
Hosted by Vicki Cowen – PCN Health and Wellbeing Coach
Please note: these sessions are not run by therapists or running coaches but has been created to provide a weekly safe space for people to connect, exercise and build a community.
FREE to attend – for all abilities. We run as slow as the slowest runner.
Event date & Time:
Every Wednesday at 8am for 45 minutes.
Meet in front of the colourful beach huts next to Fort Fun Car park.
Weather dependent – We will not run in cases of extreme weather (please check our website www.eastbourneeastpcn.org)
